Working on a post for this weekend! I’m not sure what to think of him yet… since I’ve never even heard of him before. I can say that having a career civil servant as prime minister, who no one has heard of outside of the most insidery-est of Hague insiders, who is so non-internationally Dutch that they’re giving him English lessons over the summer… will at least be a very new chapter for the Netherlands after 13 years of Mark Rutte.
So, who is Hendrikus Wilhelmus Maria "Dick" Schoof ? I would love to read your take on this guy.
